I hope my 2 pots of current babies I've been nursing for 2 seasons prove to be a success in time.
I have grown some of these to quite a large size at different homes (though none quite as large as my Dad's). We are rebranding to bring our customers and friends with exciting new items to the Menu as well as offering our original Menu. I have even housed these outdoors on a covered patio in spring/summer and had them thrive and put on leaves like you would not believe using this approach. No deviations from this regimen is what is important. My rule of thumb on these trees has always been to water once a week fertilize once a month and DON'T MOVE/DISTURB THEM at all. Back off on water by 1/2 what you usually give it for a couple weeks, and it will probably produce new leaves for you. Whether you or your client is considering buying or selling a home, or. It's my experience they will grow in smaller pots than most people would think a tree would need, as they really only have one main root and a few side roots grow off that main root.
